Dr. Walker is married her high school sweetheart, Matt. They have a son (Keaton) and two daughters (Halley and Kambri). Outside of the office she enjoys cheering for the Osky Indians and ISU Cyclones, sunshine, traveling to warm places, and spending time with her tribe. She especially enjoys watching her kids in all their activities.

Dr. Walker is actively involved in the Oskaloosa community. She enjoys coaching local youth sports and being involved in the strategic planning of Mahaska County. She is a Chamber Board Member as well as a Chamber Diplomat. She is involved with the Iowa Optometric Association (IOA) and sits as a trustee on the Board of Directors.
